Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has offered 'asylum' to the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, after reports surfaced alleging the man had faced a domestic-violence charge and was subject to a restraining order at the time of jury selection.

Clancy, 36, was charged with first-degree murder in the 2023 deaths of her three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan, at the family's home in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Her defence argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible.
