Romantic meals for St Valentine's Day in some of globe's most exotic locations

Hotel restaurants have redefined themselves, emerging as centres of culinary excellence, where some of the world’s best chefs bring their own unique stamp to a menu.

With experimental and modern twists, many concept restaurants have become a destination in their own right making them ideal for a romantic break, and a great gift or experience for Valentine's Day.

Matsuhisa Limassol at Amara Hotel, Cyprus

World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa adds his unique Japanese-Peruvian culinary expertise to his legendary signature dishes from the original menu of NOBU, best paired with sake or a specialist cocktail.

The Omakase menu, translated as I’ll leave it up to you, is highly recommended . The restaurant space was designed by esteemed American architect David Rockwell, creating an intimate and elegant atmosphere.
