Roman Kemp appeared on Thursday's Loose Women to discuss a new campaign aimed at "banning the 'F word' this Christmas".
The radio presenter has joined forces with Walkers crisps after data revealed one in three Brits are more likely to struggle with their mental wellbeing during the Christmas period than at any other time of year, with most telling friends and family they are "fine".
Roman, who has shared his mental health struggles in the past, joined Charlene White, Jane Moore, Katie Piper and Kéllé Bryan to discuss the campaign on today's show.
