Roman Kemp appeared on Thursday's Loose Women to discuss a new campaign aimed at "banning the 'F word' this Christmas".
The radio presenter has joined forces with Walkers crisps after data revealed one in three Brits are more likely to struggle with their mental wellbeing during the Christmas period than at any other time of year, with most telling friends and family they are "fine".
Roman, who has shared his mental health struggles in the past, joined Charlene White, Jane Moore, Katie Piper and Kéllé Bryan to discuss the campaign on today's show.

He said: "If I'm in the gym, guys will happily tell me what protein they're taking, what they're eating... because that's about physical health".
But the 29-year-old, who said he takes antidepressants as he feels it is the right decision for him, believes speaking about our mental health should be as commonplace as our physical health.
Later, panelist Charlene White revealed Roman will again join the Loose Women for a special programme on Christmas Eve. Coleen Nolan, Brenda Edwards, Denise Welch, Judi Love, Linda Robson and Kéllé Bryan will take part, along with Love Island, The Chase, Emmerdale, and Coronation Street stars.
Charlene said: "You're hosting Get Britain Get Singing on December 24 alongside Kéllé, we can't wait to see how this battle goes."
Roman replied: "All I'm saying is I had the honour of hosting Britain Get Singing and it is one of the best bits of telly you can watch on Christmas Eve. You are seeing TV shows like you've never seen them before. And you lot..."
Charlene quickly interjected with: "No spoilers. No spoilers or you'll be banned from the set!"
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
