Mick Jagger is engaged to long-time partner Melanie Hamrick, sources claim.
Speculation on the couple's status arose last month, after Melanie was seen sporting a diamond encrusted ring on her engagement finger. At the time, the 36-year old said it was a "promise ring" given to her by the 76 year-old rock star.
The Rolling Stones frontman has been with the former ballerina for nine years and are parents to six year-old daughter Deveraux - Jagger's eighth child. Now, pals of Hamrick have said that she revealed their engagement while on a recent trip to New York.
