Rod Stewart’s wife Penny Lancaster has officially passed her Special Constable training with the City of London Police. The 51-year-old posed proudly with a certificate declaring she had completed the programme on Tuesday October 25, after a passing out ceremony with her colleagues.
Sharing pictures and videos of the parade, forces charity Care of Police Survivors applauded their patron for her service to policing. They wrote: “Congratulations to COPS patron Penny Lancaster with her passing out certificate.”
The mum-of-two has been patrolling the streets as a volunteer officer since April 2021 after appearing in the Channel 4 show Famous And Fighting Crime, in which celebrities swapped their day jobs with those of emergency service professionals.
