Sean Stewart has said he is "still in a lot of pain" as he recovers from being "hit by a truck at a red light".

The 42-year-old, who is the eldest son of Sir Rod Stewart, took to his Instagram Story on Tuesday night to share an update on his health with his 86,000 followers.

The entrepreneur posted a selfie as he sat down next to his Labrador Retriever Prince. Alongside the snap, he wrote: "Still in a lot of pain.
