Former The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes told her fans she was "not okay" after an emotional evening with her family.
The star took to Instagram and explained she was preparing to wave goodbye to her daughter Alaia. The 34-year-old shares daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina Raine as well as son Blake Hampton with her husband Marvin, 38.
Rochelle's update came as Alaia-Mai, 10, was going on her first school residential trip. She shared a picture of a suitcase in what appeared to be her hallway.
