Rochelle Humes has revealed she's "not okay" following an emotional evening at her family home.
The former The Saturdays singer took to social media to explain that things were dramatically changing at Humes HQ as they prepared to wave goodbye to her daughter Alaia.
Rochelle, 34, shares daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina Raine as well as son Blake Hampton with her husband Marvin, 38, and they often share an insight into life behind closed doors at their home.
But as Alaia-Mai, 10, continues to grow up, things took an emotional turn for her parents as she was set to embark on her first school residential trip.
Taking to Instagram, Rochelle shared an update with her 2.2 million followers, sharing a snap of a suitcase in what appeared to be her hallway.
Alongside the snap, she penned: "Home and just finished packing Alaia's case, she's off on her first-ever residential school trip tomorrow morning until Friday afternoon.
"No contact, I'm not okay."
The What About Us songstress went on to reveal she had written notes for Alaia to open during her trip to offer her some home comforts.
Alaia's residential trip comes just weeks after she and her sister were whisked off to Los Angeles to celebrate her tenth birthday in serious style, while Marvin and Blake stayed at home.
Taking to Instagram, Rochelle shared a slew of snaps from their lavish trip alongside the caption: "Still Californian dreaming…
"If you've followed me for a while you'll know just how obsessed Alaia is with all things Los Angeles, from the candy to the clothes…
"We've had 3 LA-themed birthday parties but this year was one we will NEVER forget. @footprintsaroundearth helped me to pull together the most epic surprise birthday trip…down to every last detail.
"It was honestly more than I could have ever hoped for and I've been feeling so INCREDIBLY grateful since we got home yesterday afternoon. Making her dream come true was the BIGGEST dream come true for me…"
Earlier in the evening, Rochelle was joined by her JLS star husband during an appearance on The One Show as they discussed their BBC One show, The Hit List returning to screens.
Sharing snaps to her Instagram, Rochelle looked sensational as she and Marvin looked more loved up than ever before.
Fans instantly rushed to the comment section to gush over the couple, with one writing: "Power couple."
"So gorgeous," wrote a second.
While a third commented: "Forever a queen and a legend."
