Robin van Persie has given a glowing review of new Manchester United player Tyrell Malacia, telling fans to expect a player who will give his all for the club.
After a lengthy and frustrating wait, United finally secured their first signing of the Erik ten Hag era on Monday when the arrival of Malacia from Feyenoord was confirmed. United have secured the signing of the 22-year-old left-back on a four-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months, after agreeing a €15million deal, with a potential €2million in additional add-ons.
United great Van Persie knows Malacia very well as a former club teammate and is now the assistant manager at Feyenoord. The former striker sent a heartfelt message to his fellow Dutchman upon the signing and told supporters what they can expect from the club's newest player.
