Brighton & Hove Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi says he's fine with the truth amid a fallout with Brighton playmaker Leandro Trossard. The Belgian international, who has attracted the attention of Newcastle United in recent months, has been left out of the squad to face Liverpool today.
However, his agent, Josy Comhair says Trossard had a calf injury, and claims the pair have not spoken for a month. It comes after De Zerbi questioned the attitude of the Belgian forward, who is Brighton's joint top scorer this season with seven goals in all competitions.
The 28-year-old is out of contract in the summer, starting just two two of Brighton's five matches since the World Cup break and has not featured in either of their past two games against Everton and Middlesbrough.

De Zerbi told Sky Sports: "I don't want to speak about this situation. I don't want to answer his agent. I don't know his agent, I don't know, he works in football, in handball, in basketball - I don't know. The people who, who work inside know very well what has happened. The truth, I'm fine with myself."
"I don't know," he added when asked if the situation could be resolved. "For me, Leandro is a very good player and I hope to speak with him to find a solution because he's an important player.
"For me, there isn't a problem, but I want a player who works, who runs, who thinks first for the team and then after for himself."
