Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently shared his thoughts on the presidential debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. Kennedy expressed his belief that the performances of the major party nominees during the debate would leave many Americans feeling disheartened as they head towards the November election.
During the debate, Kennedy hosted a simultaneous rebuttal event in California, where he highlighted his disapproval of both Biden and Trump. He suggested that viewers who were disappointed by the debate may start considering his candidacy more seriously as an alternative.
Describing the debate as a 'depressing exhibition,' Kennedy emphasized his view that the United States is home to brilliant individuals, innovators, and thinkers, questioning whether Biden and Trump truly represent the best the country has to offer.
Kennedy reiterated his argument that a significant portion of Americans do not wish to see a repeat of the 2020 presidential election in November. He positioned himself as a potential choice for voters who are weary of having to choose between what they perceive as the lesser of two evils.
“They are tired of choosing the lesser of two evils. They want, you know, another choice and, you know, hopefully, some of them are gonna start looking at me,” Kennedy stated.
