Robbie Keane has joined the Match of the Day team as a pundit.
The former Celtic loan star had been out of work since leaving Ferencvaros but will now feature alongside established names including Wayne Rooney, Micah Richards, Alan Shearer, Joe Hart, and Danny Murphy.
Keane was a managerial target for Celtic earlier this summer and was considered for the Parkhead job before Martin O’Neill was appointed.
O’Neill ultimately landed the role after guiding the Hoops to a league and Scottish Cup double during his caretaker spell.
