A gunman burst into a Liverpool takeaway during an armed robbery.
The robber, holding a gun, entered Pizza Hut on Smithdown Road and threatened staff with the weapon. The suspect demanded money from the workers at around 12.10pm on Monday October 24.
He then ran off with a cash till and safe box. Police have confirmed that no one was injured during the robbery but staff were left shaken.

Officers have now issued CCTV images of a man who may have information to assist enquiries into the armed robbery. Since the launch of the investigation, a 50-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery but has since been released on conditional bail.
Detective Inspector Neil Dillon said: "We are still appealing for information and would urge anyone with any details that could assist our investigation to come forward. No-one should be subjected to this level of fear and intimidation while they try to earn an honest living, so please come forward and we will do everything in our power to put this offender before the courts.
"Whether you come forward to us directly or anonymously via Crimestoppers, all information will be acted upon. Since the investigation was launched, we have arrested a 50-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and he has been released on conditional bail.
