Rob Lowe has claimed "everyone" wants to be part of the St. Elmo's Fire sequel.

The 62-year-old actor starred in the original 1985 Brat Pack film - which followed a group of graduates as they adjusted to life after college - alongside Emilio Estevez, Andrew McCarthy, Demi Moore, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy, Andie MacDowell and Mare Winningham, and after previously revealing a sequel was on the way, he has now offered a new update, with a team working on getting the script right.
