A father who saw red drove into his son’s stolen motorbike while chasing the people he guessed had nicked it.
Peter Merrett’s son previously had his motorcycle stolen and it had been recovered from the same area Merrett was driving through on the day of the collision.
The dad drove to the location on the probability of finding the bike and it was there he saw two “boys” riding the motorbike.
