Traffic was stopped in one part of Merseyside after a bus and car crashed on a busy road in Liverpool.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called to Queens Drive close to Utting Avenue at 2pm. A search and rescue team removed the driver from the vehicle, who was conscious and breathing.
Photos taken by the ECHO show the Ford had collided with a railing close to the road with the bumper torn off the front of the car. The incident was handed over to Merseyside Police and one lane of traffic has been opened on Queens Drive. The driver of the car is not thought to be seriously injured.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue said: "Crews were alerted at 2.14pm and on scene at 2.18pm. Two fire engines and the search and rescue team attended. On arrival, crews found a road traffic collision between a bus and a car. Both vehicles were on all four wheels.
"Search and Rescue Team removed a casualty from the vehicle, who was conscious and breathing, with guidance from North West Ambulance Service. The scene was handed over to Merseyside Police. Crews left the scene at 2.56pm."
