The cream of world techno will again descend on Glasgow this week as the Riverside Festival returns with an electronic bang.
Over three days, the planet’s best DJs and producers will be whipping the dancefloor into a frenzy next to Glasgow ’s River Clyde.
Charlotte de Witte, Carl Cox and Roisin Murphy are the headline acts but that’s not all. Those stonking, heavyweight names will be joined by an incredible stable of 60 artists.
First up is Thursday, June 3 which is a celebration of hard techno boasting Glasgow’s very own Slam, Robert Hood and a rare live set from FJAAK plus Belgium’s greatest export de Witte (never been much of a chocolate fan).
Then on Friday big Coxy takes to the decks for another epic journey of a set. The legendary Englishman will be joined by the likes of Joseph Capriati, London duo Overmono, DJ Boring and KiNK.
On Saturday, the third and final day, one of Glasgow’s much loved Shoot Your Shot club nights will be taking over the Waterfront Stage with a host of amazing artists and some of the city’s best performers. Hosted by Pink Pound - with visuals from Georgina Penstkart - Job Jobse, HAAi, I.JORDAN and more will be joining the party, as well as New Orleans’ Queen of Bounce herself Big Freedia who will be making her Scottish debut.
