River Island shoppers have been showing their love for a 'stunning' dress after spotting it online.
The high street fashion store has amassed a legion of fans who like to keep up to date with the latest products available in store via social media. River Island regularly uses its Instagram page to give its 2.4m followers a taste of what they can find in store and online.
A recent post on the River Island Instagram page caught the attention of fans. The retailer shared an image of Instagram user @jodiewood wearing the Purple Knit Midi Dress, which is priced at £49. The dress is made out of knitted fabric with a v neck and a wrap design.

Sharing the post, River Island wrote: "@jodiewood casually stealing hearts in our Purple Knit Midi Dress. #ImWearingRI #Linkinbio to shop." The post quickly amassed over 1,000 likes, with many shoppers taking to the comments to excitedly share their thoughts.
One said: "This is STUNNING." Someone else commented: "Nice dress." Another fan said: "Just ordered." Someone else said: "I NEED this!!!"
Another shopper described the dress as "fab." One person said: "Oh wow! So it's lilac then! My fave colour win win!" Someone else called the dress "lovely.
