Attention fashion fans — River Island is stocking a bargain pair of woven mules that are similar to a pair from Bottega Veneta worth £860 - but they are selling fast.
The high street fashion chain is helping shoppers to refresh their spring/summer wardrobe on a budget by launching a massive sale online, with many products over half price off.
Included in the sale are a pair of stylish Beige Wide Fit Woven Mules that have been slashed from £48 to just £20 - meaning shoppers are getting up to 58% off the original price.
Those with a keen eye for high-end fashion will notice that these budget pair is similar to the Beige Raffia Stretch Heeled Mules from Italian fashion label Bottega Veneta that are worth £860, reports BristolLive.
Despite the few minor differences, we can hardly find reasons to complain at the £28 savings to be made with the 'dupe'.
And it looks like other shoppers agree, as the Beige Wide Fit Woven Mules are almost all sold out with just size 3 and 5 left at the time of writing.
But if you're keen to snap up the 'dupe' and don't mind paying a few more pounds, then online fashion brand ASOS are also selling the River Island pair for £22.50, with sizes available in 3-8.
A few similarities that both the 'dupe' and designer heels share are the slip-on style, woven raffia detailing and square-shaped open toe design.
As with all 'dupes' there are a few differences, notably that the luxury pair has a higher 3.75in heel compared to River Island's 6cm, though both have the same curved shape and tan tips at the bottom of the heel.
Botegga's Raffia Stretch Heeled Mules also features a criss-cross twist on its woven strap, while River Island's are accentuated with a gold chain detailing.
A quick look on the River Island website suggests that these sale shoes have been snapped up quickly, with only size 3 and 5 left at the time of writing, so you might want to be quick.
Shoppers can snap up the Beige Wide Fit Woven Mules for £20 from River Island, or £22.50 from ASOS.
