RITES Q4 Results: Cons PAT slips 1.4% YoY to Rs 131 crore, revenue up 27%

RITES reported a consolidated net profit at Rs 139 crore in the March-ended quarter versus Rs 141 crore in the year ago period, implying a 1.4% fall. The state-run railway company's revenue from operations in Q4FY26 was up 27% at Rs 768 crore versus Rs 602 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The company's board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.75 per share on 48,06,03,774 equity shares for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by shareholders in the ensuing 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration, the company filing said. The total Payout Ratio stood at 95.4% for the year.
