Rising homeless figures a 'serious concern', says Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien

The Housing Minister has said that he is seriously concerned as new figures reveal a rise in the number of homeless people in Ireland.

The figures released by the Department of Housing show that in March, 9,825 people were homeless.

It represents a rise of 3.5% since February.
