Rishi Sunak won’t resign after being fined by police for the second time, Dominic Raab said today.

The Prime Minister was slapped with a fixed penalty notice yesterday for failing to wear a seatbelt in a moving limousine.

He was previously fined in April for breaking Covid rules.
