US climate envoy John Kerry has fired a warning to the Tory leadership candidates about climate change

US CLIMATE envoy John Kerry has issued a warning to the next prime minister that there can be no compromise on the commitment to net-zero, greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

While both Tory leadership candidates Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak have committed to this, some of their policies came under scrutiny in the early rounds of voting.
