A heart-warming gesture from two young lads on Halloween has restored a resident's faith in humanity. People who have seen the footage agree they are a "credit" to their parents.
As reported by the Liverpool Echo, as trick-or-treaters braved the rain on Monday evening, two young boys wearing ski masks knocked on one home in Page Moss, Merseyside, but what they did next has left some people in tears. Caught on Ring doorbell footage, the two boys noticed an empty sweet bowl on a chair near the front door.
The boy was captured picking up the bowl and saying "somebody has taken them [the sweets]" before putting it back down. He then immediately opens his plastic New Look bag full of sweets and starts placing some of his own into the empty bowl.
