Police were called to Rihanna 's Los Angeles home on Thursday after a man turned up at the property with the intention of proposing to her, according to reports.
The unnamed man is thought to have travelled from South Carolina to LA where Rihanna, 35, lives with her partner A$AP Rocky and their one-year-old son.
He told security guards of his intention to ask for Rihanna's hand in marriage before police were called and arrived on the scene to question him.
