Ricky Martin in court today to testify over claims of sexual relations with nephew

Ricky Martin will appear in court today via video camera where he will officially respond to allegations made by his nephew.

The Livin' La Vida Loca singer's lawyer says Ricky plans to "directly address the judge at the hearing " which is being held at a Puerto Rico court over whether to extend a restraining order taken against him, writes The Mirror.

Ricky's lawyer told NBC News yesterday that the 51-year-old will deny he had any romantic or sexual relationship with his nephew. He will also challenge allegations that he stalked and harassed him.
