Ricky Hatton made a successful return to the ring on Saturday night as he shared eight rounds with fellow legend Marco Antonio Barrera.

Hatton was last in action 10 years ago when he was stopped by Vyacheslav Senchenko before the Manchester favourite announced his retirement. Barrera himself had been retired for 11 years when he agreed to return for one night only.

No winner was announced on the night but both men showed glimpses of their talent from the glory days with Hatton the sharper of the two. The fight was not scored at ringside, but Mirror Fighting was on hand to run the rule over the eight rounds...
