Tottenham forward Richarlison has responded to Callum Wilson and Michail Antonio.
The Newcastle and West Ham stars both appeared to poke fun at the Brazilian international during an episode of The Footballer’s Football Podcast last month.
Richarlison has scored a dramatic late goal as Spurs levelled the scores 3-3 having been three goals down at Liverpool and duly ripped his shirt off in celebration.
Diogo Jota, however, notched a late winner at Anfield to render Richarlison’s first Premier League goal for Spurs only a consolation.
“He’s scored four times this season,” Antonio said. ‘Three of the times he’s been offside [and] he’s taken his top off four times this season.
“He’s got four yellows – he’s almost on a suspension,” Wilson added, before the pair dissolved into laughter.
Interim Spurs boss Ryan Mason was left unimpressed by Wilson and Antonio, stressing that he would never have done the same during his playing career.
Now, Richarlison has responded.
Commenting on a Tik Tok video replying the comments, the 26-year-old fired back, writing: “How many goals do they have in the World Cup?”
The Brazil forward scored three times for his country during their run to the quarter-finals in Qatar, while Wilson did not get on the scoresheet for England.
Antonio’s Jamacia, meanwhile, did not qualify.
