Good Morning Britain's Richard Arnold swapped his typical attire to make a nod to his Scottish heritage.
The entertainment expert addressed his unusually stripped-down appearance on the GMB panel after sporting a pink shirt with several undone buttons.
Richard typically opts for a classic dark suit and tie combination backed by a crisp white shirt which meant the uncharacteristically laid-back look warranted an explanation.

Addressing the camera directly, he said: "You may be wondering why I'm half naked this morning - our editors certainly will be because normally I'm in a tie and jacket."
GMB presenter Ed Balls requested Richard show off his look in full which prompted a head-to-toe shot of the journalist revealing he was also in a traditional kilt and sporran.
He added: "I am sporting a sporran as a nod to my Scottish heritage this morning. They actually turned up the air conditioning so there's no danger of me wearing it traditionally but there you have it. I'm hosting some friends from Scotland.
"I do it deliberately every year unless I'm tempted." He then joked if Ed wanted to catch a "glimpse of stocking" he knew where his dressing room was located.
