Private homes and social housing have been recognised alongside some of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks on the shortlist for this year’s RIBA awards.
Projects on the 78-strong list range from the reimagining of the Old War Office into The OWO hotel and branded residences, to new homes in the largest public housing scheme in the world, alongside innovative private residences and flagship public spaces.
