RHOP star Mia Thornton faces felony theft charge over alleged $11,000 Atlanta condo furniture removal

Former The Real Housewives of Potomac star Mia Thornton is facing a felony theft-by-taking charge in Georgia over allegations that she removed furniture and a television worth thousands of dollars from a furnished Atlanta condo in October 2025. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, prosecutors allege that Thornton and Jared McGriff took the items, valued at between $5,000 and $25,000, while moving out of the rental property overnight on October 28. The latest filing follows Thornton’s arrest at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in November 2025, when police took her into custody over an outstanding larceny warrant.
