Revised plans for a £250m water park in Manchester are set to be submitted as the expected completion date was pushed back to 2025.
Therme Group is working with Peel L&P on the project earmarked for TraffordCity which had previously been backed by Trafford Council in March 2020.
The scheme had been due to open next year and feature a waterpark, thermal bathing, a wellbeing spa, "immersive" digital art, an on-site urban farm and botanical gardens.

The updated plans include a green 'vertical forest' multi-storey car park to be located at Peel L&P’s Trafford Palazzo as well as an all-season urban beach and waterslides surrounded by plants.
There would also be a snow room, multi-sensory showers, oxygen rooms and a visitor and education centre.
Therme is aiming to submit a revised planning application in the summer.
