LOS ANGELES — Blink-182 is coming to Coachella.
The influential SoCal pop-punk trio will perform Friday evening in the festival's Sahara tent — its first concert since 2014 with its classic lineup of singer-guitarist Tom DeLonge, singer-bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker.
Blink hadn't previously been announced as part of the lineup for Coachella, which kicks off this weekend at Indio's Empire Polo Club with headliners Bad Bunny, Blackpink and Frank Ocean and will repeat April 21-23. But its name was on the schedule posted online late Wednesday in a tweet that read "Take off your pants and jacket" — a reference, of course, to the band's double-platinum 2001 LP.
