Restaurant supplier valued at almost £50m as takeover terms agreed

A restaurant supplier has been valued at almost £50m after a deal for Franchise Brands to acquire the listed business was recommended to shareholders.

Filta Group Holdings, which is headquartered in Rugby, has been valued at £49.8m after the deal was announced by the Macclesfield-based buyer.

The move comes after Franchise Brands snapped up Azura Group in November 2021.
