A restaurant owner has hit out at a potential customer who 'threatened' them with a negative review before even walking through the door.
The Wee Restaurant in North Queensferry, Fife, took to social media after the "arrogant" man had been in touch about a reservation for a large group and made a staff member cry.
They explained the customer had first reached out to them via email, in which they explained they couldn't accommodate the booking, Edinburgh Live reports.
