A popular Ayr restaurant is dishing up a 'recession busting' offer to help families beat the cost of living crisis.
Bosses at Arthur Street Kitchen (ASK) are pledging to deliver a la carte quality food in an all you can eat buffet setting.
Up to 15 hot dishes and sides — ranging from burgers and pizza to steak pie, tempura and cajun pasta are served up each Sunday.
A range of desserts are also offered.
Eaterie chiefs say their all you can eat £15 offer will help families feeling the pinch in the pocket.
Jon Neil, general manager at ASK, told Ayrshire Live: "Everyone is feeling the extra cost of going to the petrol pumps or the supermarkets these days.
"And anyone in the restaurant trade would be lying if they said they hadn't noticed the difference in people coming through the door.
"So we wanted to do something that would help out, while offering our usual high standard of food at the same time."
The restaurant is pledging to make the most of its local suppliers while serving up the freshly made grub.
Jon added: "We'll have specials on each week and will aim to offer something a little different each time.
"People are used to coming here and getting a certain standard of food and that will be no different in the buffet.
"They will just be able to enjoy a lot more of it for a lot less!
"We feel it's important to try and do our bit and offer a good value option in times when people need it more than ever."
The all you can eat buffet runs each Sunday from 12pm to 6.30pm and is priced £15 for adults and £10 for kids under the age of 12.
Children under three eat free.
Bottomless pints of soft drinks are £3 while vegan and gluten free dishes are also on offer.
