Campaigners for a better Canberra transport system have laid into the way it fails to give clear, helpful information to passengers on trams and buses.
The Public Transport Association of Canberra was particularly critical of the official MyWay+ app which, it claimed, sometimes gave false information, including in one instance that a passenger should walk 47 minutes for the final kilometre of a bus journey.
