N’Keal Harry is entering his fourth season with the New England Patriots.
The former first-round pick requested a trade last offseason and ended up staying with the team, but he only had 184 receiving yards in 12 games played. The relationship hasn’t quite worked out between Harry and the Patriots, leading to his absence at voluntary OTAs this offseason.
Despite missing OTAs — Harry is going to be at mandatory minicamp that begins on Tuesday, according to Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus.
ESPN’s Mike Reiss mentioned in a recent column that Harry is a long shot to make the roster barring injuries with the receivers above him. Reiss even floated the idea of Harry requesting to switch his position to tight end.
#Patriots WR N'Keal Harry, who has not been present for the voluntary portion of the offseason workout program, will be at mandatory minicamp this week, per source.

The Patriots’ depth at receiver consists of Kendrick Bourne, DeVante Parker, Jakobi Meyers, Nelson Agholor, Tyquan Thornton and Harry. There’s too much talent ahead of Harry to believe he makes the roster during his final year of this rookie contract.
