The Cleveland Browns have a quarterback problem as Deshaun Watson did not practice outdoors on Monday. Reports are that he did some throwing inside, which is a good sign. However, a chance remains that he may not play against the San Francisco 49ers. If that’s the case The OBR’s Brad Stainbrook is reporting the Browns will turn to veteran P.J.
