The New York Giants sent a strong contingency to the LSU Pro Day in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, led by general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll.
The main attraction is quarterback Jayden Daniels, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner who will participate in drills, including throwing.
Daniels did not do any on-field work at the recent NFL Combine, so this will be his first workout in front of potential draft suitors.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Giants are one of six teams set to meet with Daniels following the LSU Pro Day, a list that also includes the New England Patriots, Washington Commanders, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders.
Immediately following his Pro Day, #LSU QB and potential Top 3 pick Jayden Daniels is scheduled to meet with the #Patriots, #Commanders, #Giants, #Vikings, #Broncos and #Raiders, per his agent Ron Butler. Daniels has not previously met with any teams. pic.twitter.com/1wM92chLz8

The Giants reportedly dined with wide receiver Malik Nabers on Tuesday night and should also show some interest in several other key Tiger draft potentials, such as wide receiver Brian Thomas, Jr., linebacker Omar Speights and defensive linemen Jordan Jefferson and Maason Smith.
