Report: Draymond Green Reaches Decision on Return to Warriors as NBA Free Agency Opens

Draymond Green NBA Warriors Golden State Shams Charania

Draymond Green will reportedly sign a four-year deal worth $100 million to return to the Warriors, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. Shortly before the opening of free agency, NBA insider Marc Stein reported that Green was nearing a deal in the $100 million range.

The deal contains a player option for the fourth season, Charania reports.

Green previously declined his $27.5 million contract option for the 2023-24 season. While Green tested the free agency waters, many around the league felt that Green would remain in Golden State.
