Renfrewshire police launch probe after man seriously injured in murder bid

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered serious injuries during a murder bid in Paisley.

A 24-year-old man was found with life threatening injuries on the town’s Stock Street around 9pm on Saturday, July 30.

He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow by ambulance for treatment.
