Registered Sex Offender fined after failing to complete annual registration

A sex offender has been fined after he failed to complete his yearly registration on time.

Thomas Graham, 34, had previously been placed on the Sex Offender’s Register until February 23, 2025 with a number of conditions.

One of the conditions Graham, of Craigiebar Drive in Glenburn was made subject to was to complete an annual registration with a required timeframe.
