Regis Healthcare in Ebbw Vale bought by Hertfordshire firm

Regis Elysium Hertfordshire Wales Orbis CAMHS

Wales' only CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) low secure hospital has been acquired.

Regis Healthcare was sold to Elysium Healthcare, however the value of the deal would not be disclosed. Birmingham-based Orbis Partners advised on the sale.

Formerly a Fast Growth 50 firm, Regis has a 12-bed admission and treatment ward (Brenin Ward) and a six-bed transition ward (Ebbw Ward).
