Wales' only CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) low secure hospital has been acquired.
Regis Healthcare was sold to Elysium Healthcare, however the value of the deal would not be disclosed. Birmingham-based Orbis Partners advised on the sale.
Formerly a Fast Growth 50 firm, Regis has a 12-bed admission and treatment ward (Brenin Ward) and a six-bed transition ward (Ebbw Ward).

It is set within an old Ebbw Vale Hospital and boasts a dedicated multidisciplinary team featuring CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) consultants, psychologists, occupational therapy, education team and nursing and support staff.
The hospital and its 190 staff will now operate under Elysium going forward with the deal presenting growth opportunities and adding services in Wales to the buyer's specialist services.
Last year, the firm recorded a turnover of £18.5m.
Regis director and majority shareholder Jamie Morgan said: "We worked with Orbis for many years, they helped us shape the business for an exit and demonstrated great knowledge of the healthcare sector. Orbis did a fantastic job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them."
Mr Morgan added: "I am delighted that Elysium will be taking these services forward. It is an exciting time for staff to be joining the company and I know that the services will continue to flourish with their leadership."
Hertfordshire-based Elysium is a mental health care provider with operations across the UK. It was bought earlier this year by Ramsay Healthcare for £775m which has a market cap of $11bn (£8.75bn) and has health care facilities in Australia, Europe and Asia.
