Reeva Steenkamp's mother has broken her silence following Oscar Pistorius' failed attempt to be released from prison early after killing their daughter.
The South African Olympian will remain locked up after the parole board rejected his release plea earlier today.
Although they says they will consider an application again a year from now, her parents today said they welcomed the decision to keep the killer behind bars.
