Reece James has given his verdict on who is better: Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi? The 22-year-old defender answered the most controversial question in football via a Twitter Q&A.
His admission comes at the peak of speculation regarding Ronaldo's and Messi's respective future endeavours. The former Manchester United striker recently became a free agent after the Red Devils announced that he has left the club with immediate effect.
Naturally, Ronaldo continues to be heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge after Todd Boehly tried signing the 37-year-old in the summer. Meanwhile, with regard to Messi, the Paris Saint-Germain star sees his contract at Les Parc des Princes expire at the end of the season and clubs are already queuing for the chance to secure his signature.
