The Red Hot Chili Peppers has cancelled its Glasgow gig tonight at the last moment due to illness.
The band released a statement on social media confirming that the concert at Bellahouston Park this evening will not go ahead.
However, they have reassured fans with tickets that they are working to reschedule the gig and promised an update soon. They have urged fans to hold onto their tickets in the meantime.

Apologising for the sudden cancellation, the band added that they are "deeply disappointed" and "love Scotland'.
The statement on Twitter reads: "Due to illness RHCP will not be able to perform in Glasgow tonight July 1. We are working on ways to reschedule this show. Please hold onto your tickets and wait for an update soon.
"RHCP love Scotland and are deeply disappointed not to be able to perform the show. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
