MYNT Recruitment, which has offices in York, Hull and Rotherham, has been bought by The Recruitment Group.
The eighth acquisition by the East Midlands-based operation is a first expansion into Yorkshire, and takes the headcount to nearly 150, with 15 locations.
MYNT, an £8 million turnover business launched in 2004, specialises in commercial, industrial, professional and technical sectors. The undisclosed deal will allow founder John Stanton to retire.
