Rebel Wilson has spoken candidly about the challenges of being a new mum while being "the breadwinner" of the family.
The 42-year-old actress said it was "so emotional" when she welcomed her first child, daughter Royce Lillian, in November and said her life has now changed dramatically.
While she has found being a mum "amazing", Rebel admitted it hasn't come without struggles.
"It’s really challenging. I have this big international career and you know, I'm, like, the breadwinner of my family I like to think.
"So it’s really challenging too, like, 'Well, now how do I do all the things and be a great mother and great partner and all of that?'" she said in a new interview.
Rebel and her girlfriend Ramona Agruma welcomed their baby via surrogate, with Rebel gushing about the experience of becoming a first-time mum.
"You hold the baby and cut the umbilical cord and literally from that moment on, you’re just like, it was just, like, amazing and so emotional," she told Today.
Rebel announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram two months ago and said she is "crushing" motherhood.
The Pitch Perfect actress filmed herself assembling a baby swing on Instagram and confidently boasted: "20 minutes later, ta da! I did it, crushing motherhood."
She added: "It’s been a total life change. I’m not looking my most glamorous.
I’ve been learning how to change diapers, how to feed the baby and I’m just so lucky I have amazing help in my awesome partner Ramona."
Ramona also opened up on how becoming a parent has been a "life-changing experience".
Speaking to The Morning Show's Matt Doran and Kylie Gillies, she revealed how, like many parents across the globe, her every thought is now on her daughter.
"You start thinking about someone else, not just yourself," she gushed.
Ramona added: "Before I was like, 'I should go have a massage,' but now I just want to spend time with her."
