Rebel Wilson has experienced challenges in family accepting her relationship with Ramona Agruma

Wilson, 42, publicly came out as gay on Instagram last year as she confirmed her relationship with Agruma, 38. The couple have since welcomed a daughter via surrogacy.
Wilson has praised her family for being supportive in her relationship, however admitted that Agruma’s family “hasn’t been as accepting” of the union.
Speaking on the Life Uncut podcast, the Pitch Perfect star said: “My whole family has just been amazing.
“Ramona's family hasn't been as accepting, and so in many respects, it has been a lot harder on her to have to make the news public.”
Wilson continued: “With her, she's not in the public eye, it's much harder on her. It's so sad to see what happened with her family over it. Hopefully, people will change their attitude about things."
The Australian actress also spoke about feeling “hurried” to announce her relationship publicly.
Last June, Sydney Morning Herald columnist Andrew Hornery revealed he had informed Wilson’s team he was planning to publish a story outing her relationship, forcing Wilson and Agruma to make the announcement themselves.
“There were a couple of hurried conversations that I would have liked to have just taken my time with,” Wilson said.
She called out Hornery for his actions, adding: “I've had instances with the Australian press being really mean towards me... It was just another thing in that line of nasty things that they've done over the years.”
Wilson an Agruma have posted regular updates on life together and their journey as new mothers as they’ve shared photos of themselves with their baby daughter, Royce, on social media.
The couple introduced their baby girl to the world in November.
Sharing a photo, Wilson wrote in a post at the time: “Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate.
“I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle!
“I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making… but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care.
“Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!”
